Initially licensed in 2004, Nicole began her career in commercial real estate in San Francisco. This foundation in robust analytics and negotiation skills means she advocates fiercely to secure the best deal for you.

 

Nicole holds a degree in Architecture from UC Berkeley and attended graduate school at UC Davis. This unique background ensures meticulous attention to detail and expert evaluation of residential property potential, a huge benefit for clients looking for quality or potential value.

When not advocating for her clients, Nicole embraces the active Northern California lifestyle with her husband, Braden, and three active children (ages 14, 12, and 8). You can find her running at the lake, practicing yoga, snow skiing, mountain biking with her kids, traveling with family, or cheering on her kids at local sports events (soccer, swim team, track & field, cross country, mountain biking, lacrosse, gymnastics etc.). Her life outside of work mirrors her professional dedication to community and family.
